Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The resort is awesome, 2 pools (1 in and 1 out) fire pit, tennis court, basketball, lawn games, BBQing, and breakfast is good! Rooms are clean and inviting. The location is central, making it easy to explore the Cape!
I went to visit a close friend staying here very recently and as soon as I entered the room, I was so impressed with the space and the layout. The amenities were standard...coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, side table with 2 chairs, nice TV with perfect reception. The bed was a King, covered in delicious soft and cozy linens that made me feel as if I was lying on a cloud and it was so amazingly comfortable that I fell asleep so fast, with no memory of relaxing or unwinding first. The room was immaculate & fully furnished with plenty of towels and toiletries. Quiet surroundings with ample parking that offers you the choice of a parking space right to the front door of your room. You cannot get more convenient than that! Check it out. It will not disappoint!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, the cleanliness was good, and the staff were very attentive. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a great option, especially for families with children. The hot breakfast was quite good, and the staff there were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, I believe the hotel should provide drinking water for its guests. Also, it was a bit disturbing to see people cooking with a huge pot in the middle of the kids’ playground while playing loud music. The strong spice smell by the poolside was honestly a bit too much for us.
It's a very good space if you are on the Cape. Very close to main Street, shopping area and the ferries. It has more than ample parking. Outdoor and indoor pool. People are always working to correct any issue that may arise during my stay.
We had a great 3-day stay at Sunbird Cape Cod Resort! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made our visit really enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. Our family especially loved the amenities — both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and fun, and we had a great time using the tennis and basketball courts. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear the hotel is designed with families in mind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay!
Just checked out this morning, and I would definitely go back. Checking in was so easy, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated me with a room on the 1st floor due to mobility. The room was nice, clean, and very spacious. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff was very nice when I walked in or out.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Great amenities like basketball and indoor and outdoor pools. Location is great too. One complaint is that they didn’t accommodate us with a lower level tho I mentioned having a two year old and I noticed there were in fact rooms available tho they said they were booked. Also our toilet in the room was wobbly though functional. I would recommend for a reasonably priced stay in the area
Based on the price, which was cheaper than comparable options, this place was very decent. The 4 stars def. takes price into consideration. All the staff were great/friendly. The rooms were adequate. Clean but not perfect. 2 queen beds were average. AC was loud but worked fine. Shower was frustrating - would get just about as hot as you’d want, but not all the way there. Free WiFi. Continental breakfast was decent at best - great lady running it tho. Amenities were nice - 2 pools (indoor/out - outdoor is big), basketball, tennis and they had nice gas fire pits w/ chairs and propane grills to use. People were making s‘mores and it seemed fun. Decent crowd and relatively quiet over night. No issues with parking near room. Again, you get what you pay for and this was better than other options for the price, hence some parts of my review may not seem worthy of 4 stars, but the price we paid couldn’t be beat.
